Firstly thank you very much for your continued support of our business for over 50 years, and we wish you and your families well during this terrible pandemic.
Health is always the priority and we take the well-being of our staff incredibly seriously, and measures are in place to ensure safe working.
For our customers we pride ourselves in the service we offer, and the tile products that we see regularly showcased in your project spaces. This will not be changing any time soon!
The ‘show must go on’, and we take inspiration from our manufacturers in Italy and Spain who’s pride and endeavour through these challenging times are examples to us all. We are fortunate to collaborate with some of the most passionate and innovative factories, who have work tirelessly and thoughtfully through this challenging period to produce quality porcelain and ceramic tiles to meet demand.
Despite the challenges of the current situation, please feel assured that we have succeeded in continuing business activities including our imports, although this is of course ever changeable, and understandably delivery lead times will inevitably be slightly longer than usual. We thank you for your patience on this.
In a constantly changing situation we see no reason for our service level to be affected. We are a stockist of UK manufactured floor and wall tiles with material available which remains at your disposal should you have any urgent supply needs to achieve project deadlines.
Also our UK stock of MAPEI and ULTRA TILE FIX levellers, adhesives and grouts remains at significant levels to meet the necessary contractor demand.
We also remain on hand with all tile sample requests as usual, and remain on hand to meet any appointment needs you have to discuss your project requirements.
With over 50 years in the industry, these are of course unprecedented times, but be rest assured that we will go the extra mile to collaborate with you, and to bring you all the latest factory tile trends.
